Responsibilities

Mail sorting and delivery
Set up and cleanup of meeting rooms
Stocking and cleanup of kitchen areas
Document production assistance
Assisting with basic local IT needs
Maintenance of supply inventory
Assisting with inner office moves
Downtown messenger deliveries
Special projects, as assigned

Required

High school diploma required
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, preferably within a law firm environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with personnel and maintain strong working relationships; pro-active attitude
Strong attention to detail; ability to produce accurate, high-quality work product
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted
