Responsibilities
Lead month‑end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance analysis
Assist with investment accounting, fund reporting, and portfolio‑related entries
Support internal and external audits
Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, operations, and investment teams
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Participate in special projects as the business grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems
A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
2–5+ years in public accounting (audit or tax) strongly preferred
