Responsibilities
Tracks construction progress, timelines, and budgets across active projects
Supports draw request and change order review and documentation
Coordinates with general contractors, architects, and consultants
Monitors permitting and entitlement timelines
Maintains project files, status reports, and documentation
Assists with due diligence on new development opportunities
Conducts site visit documentation
Supports cost comparisons and vendor bid collection
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
Preferred
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar)
