Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across:

Retail marketing

CRM campaigns

Consumer website and digital channels

Coordinate website updates and activities with the Digital Operations Specialist

Partner with creative and media agencies to develop and deliver marketing assets

Facilitate approvals and ensure materials meet client brand standards

Collaborate with internal partners (Global Marketing, Social COE, etc.)

Support implementation of integrated dealer retail strategies

Track media and production budgets with accuracy and attention to detail

Analyze marketing, site metrics, and provide concise performance summaries

Develop understanding of the used vehicle and certified pre-owned market

Support special projects and new initiatives as the business evolves

Maintain a positive, customer-first, and innovative mindset

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or advertising

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams

Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative

Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with Jira and/or Workfront

Marketing agency experience

Automotive, retail, or e-commerce experience

CRM platform exposure
