Responsibilities
Sources qualified candidates through various recruitment databases and outreach methods
Posts and maintains job opportunities on various recruitment job boards
Conducts outreach to residency programs within and outside of the system
Manages the department's applicant tracking system
Creates applicant data reports
Coordinates telephone interviews and site visits with potential candidates and hiring leaders
Collaborates with the Director of Provider Recruitment to schedule and create itineraries for on-site interview visits
Collects receipts from recruits after site visits and arranges for reimbursement of travel expenses with accounts payable
Gathers pre-credentialing information from newly signed providers
Provides a warm hand-off between signed providers and the medical group physician liaison to start the onboarding and credentialing processes
Ensures the smooth execution of recruitment processes and activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of healthcare recruitment or sourcing experience
