Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from frontline Member Service Representatives to specialized corporate functions
Go beyond job boards. Use LinkedIn, local networking, and community partnerships to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates
Ensure every applicant—hired or not—has a positive, professional, and transparent experience that reflects RFCU’s values
Act as a consultant to department heads, helping them define job requirements, refine interview techniques, and make data-driven hiring decisions
Collaborate with Marketing to showcase our culture through social media, career fairs, and community events
Work closely with the People and Culture team to ensure a seamless handoff from 'Offer Accepted' to a 'Welcome Aboard' experience
Assist with pre-hire documentation to include background checks, credit checks, and I-9 employment forms
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (experience in banking or credit unions is a huge plus!)
An innate ability to read people, build rapport quickly, and communicate with clarity and empathy
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred) and a knack for leveraging data to improve hiring metrics
High attention to detail and communication skills compatible with a professional environment
Ability to adapt and pivot quickly to shifting business needs
