Responsibilities
Feature Development: Design and implement new features and enhancements across our technology stack
System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions and system design improvements
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance across the full stack
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Cross-Stack Development: Work effectively with both current and emerging technologies
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new features and architectural decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
5+ years of experience with .NET development
3+ years of experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
Experience with both MongoDB and MySQL databases
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Proven track record of delivering complex web applications from concept to production
Strong understanding of modern web development principles and best practices
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of application security best practices
Background in performance optimization and scalability
