Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) services including strategy, process design, and technology implementation
Lead requirements gathering and solution design for IAM roadmaps
Support IAM areas such as Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), user provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation
Implement RBAC including role mining and entitlement analysis
Support delivery of IAM platforms such as SailPoint (IdentityIQ), Okta, and Saviynt
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in information security or related technology field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle processes: joiner, mover, leaver, access request, access certification, role management, and application onboarding
Experience with IAM solutions such as ForgeRock, SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt, Okta, ServiceNow, etc
Experience leading IAM teams or supporting IAM strategy/roadmap development
Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
