Senior LevelOrpine Inc, an Inc 5000 Company, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Recruiting Functional Consultant. This role will lead solution design, configuration, and delivery of preboarding and onboarding journeys while collaborating with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.

Responsibilities
Lead solution design for Oracle HCM Recruiting and Preboarding Journeys
Perform hands-on configuration of Preboarding Journeys and guide junior team members
Manage defects and drive resolution during SIT and UAT test cycles
Collaborate with client stakeholders on the overall onboarding solution, including integrations, reports, and downstream impacts
Work closely with internal teams on onboarding-related components such as Fast Formula, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies
Oversee and execute cutover activities for the onboarding workstream, ensuring smooth go-live readiness
Provide functional documentation, testing support, and post-go-live stabilization
Qualification
Required
Strong functional experience with Oracle HCM Recruiting
Hands-on experience with Preboarding Journeys and onboarding configurations
Experience leading solution design and end-to-end functional delivery
Proven ability to manage testing cycles and defect resolution
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
Exposure to integrations, reporting, and Fast Formula
Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants
