Responsibilities

Act as the primary legal advisor for all commercial matters related to global relocation services
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation
Provide legal guidance on pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure competitiveness and compliance
Develop standardized contract templates to enhance negotiation efficiency
Identify and assess commercial risks in agreements, recommending risk minimization strategies
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to structure growth-enabling deals
Lead a high-performing legal team and champion cross-functional collaboration

Required

Juris Doctor/equivalent degree and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
10+ years of progressive legal experience focused on commercial law and contract negotiation
Demonstrated experience supporting revenue-generating activities in a global business environment
Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks and cross-border regulatory issues
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
