Vice President of Human Resources
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global people strategy aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and business priorities
Lead the annual global human resource strategic planning process to optimize engagement, retention, and performance
Serve as a strategic partner to executive and site leadership to ensure people strategies are effectively executed across all locations
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global HR strategy
Build a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, accountability, recognition, and continuous development
Champion transparent communication, feedback, and employee listening mechanisms
Provide strategic leadership for global talent acquisition and workforce planning
Advance data-driven hiring and retention strategies using modern tools and technology
Drive a world-class candidate and employee experience through strong partnerships with business leaders
Establish accountability for quality of hire and retention throughout the employee lifecycle
Set strategic direction for compensation, benefits, and HR policies
Oversee HR budgets, vendor relationships, and contingent workforce strategy
Ensure compliance with international, federal, and state employment laws
Coach and guide leaders on performance management, employee relations, and talent development
Align policies and practices across regions to deliver a consistent employee experience
Lead through a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) lens
Stay current on global HR trends, legislation, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience with 7+ years in senior leadership roles focused on talent management
Global HR and Talent Acquisition strategy expertise
Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and organizational development
Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple locations and cultures
Deep understanding of international, federal, and state employment laws
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)
Preferred
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
BPO experience is a plus
