Enterprise‑Scale Program Leadership in RPA & AI
10+ years of overall experience with 5–8+ years leading large, complex, multi‑year enterprise programs, including ownership of scope, budget, governance, risk, and benefits realization for RPA and AI‑driven automation initiatives
Deep Expertise in RPA and Agentic AI Transformation
Proven experience delivering RPA at scale (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and leading the transition to intelligent automation and Agentic AI, including hands‑on exposure to AI agents, LLM‑based solutions, and enterprise automation platforms
Executive Stakeholder & Multi‑Vendor Management Capability
Strong executive presence with the ability to partner with C‑level stakeholders, manage global cross‑functional teams and multi‑vendor ecosystems, and translate business strategy into measurable automation and AI outcomes
Qualification
Required
