Remote Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual and Monolingual Candidates)
Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Communicating with customers through various channels
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Call Center / Customer service experience
Bilingual fluency in English & one of the following: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tag along, Spanish
Must reside in TX
Must be available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST and willing to work evenings
Candidates must use their own equipment that meets the specified requirements
Candidates are required to pass pre-employment background screenings
Preferred
Associate degree is preferred
8 GB RAM preferred
128 GB SSD or 256 GB preferred
