Responsibilities
Lead discrete workstreams or engagements within broader innovation or transformation engagements
Structure and drive research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable creation with minimal oversight
Translate business problems into solution hypotheses and rapidly prototype or test them using appropriate frameworks
Help clients de-risk and validate new ventures, platforms, or strategies through agile experimentation
Manage and grow client relationships
Mentor Analysts and contribute to Disruptive Edge’s internal IP, playbooks, and culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Policy, Computer Science)
3–5 years of experience in consulting, product strategy, corporate innovation, venture building, or similar
Track record of delivering client-ready outputs (decks, models, memos) under fast-paced conditions
Strong experience with primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesis
Preferred
Familiarity with or exposure to product discovery, rapid prototyping, and digital business models
