Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Partner with business units to assess the financial impact of operational decisions
Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investments
Support month-end close and recurring financial reporting processes
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and support special projects
Ensure data accuracy across reporting systems and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or business intelligence
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Professional office environment
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use standard office equipment
Occasional travel for meetings or training may be required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Preferred
Experience in CPG distribution and/or service-based environments
Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
