Responsibilities
Design, engineer, and continuously improve end-to-end processes for device provisioning, imaging, configuration (baselines), deployment, retirement, disposal, and asset recovery
Establish scalable, repeatable, and standardized endpoint management workflows aligned with IT and business requirements
Oversee the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including inventory management, refresh cycles, upgrades, decommissioning, and compliance tracking
Ensure accurate asset data and seamless transitions across lifecycle stages
Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks
Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve service quality
Apply process engineering methodologies to endpoint management operations
Develop scripts and automated workflows for routine tasks such as provisioning, patching, compliance checks, reporting, and incident response
Leverage automation to reduce manual effort, errors, and resolution time
Use operational data, metrics, and simulations to evaluate endpoint performance and process effectiveness
Interpret lab or operational data to troubleshoot issues and support data-driven decision-making
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, procedures, work instructions, and best-practice guidelines
Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and usable by IT support and operations teams
Ensure endpoint processes meet organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations
Integrate security best practices into endpoint configurations and workflows to protect against evolving threats
Align endpoint processes with IT policies, technical standards, and enterprise governance frameworks
Support audits and compliance reviews through well-defined and documented processes
Collaborate with IT support teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless endpoint operations and integrations
Act as a liaison between engineering, operations, and support teams to drive consistent service delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with endpoint management and ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB preferred)
Knowledge of endpoint provisioning, imaging, configuration management, and automation tools
Solid understanding of process improvement, automation, and lifecycle management methodologies
Experience applying process engineering principles to IT or endpoint environments
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong root cause analysis capabilities
Ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements
