Responsibilities
Assist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teams
Assist in the creation and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, mostly in Excel spreadsheets
Assists with variance analysis and account reconciliation
Assists with internal and external audit requests and questions
Will learn and comply with HIPPA privacy and security rules
Will be a team player, able to communicate clearly with all levels of co-workers but able to work independently
May need to work extended time during monthly close in order to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proficient in working in spreadsheets with Pivot tables and multiple formulas
Good communication skills
Assist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teams
Assist in the creation and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, mostly in Excel spreadsheets
Assists with variance analysis and account reconciliation
Assists with internal and external audit requests and questions

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
Three (3) or more years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on revenue preferred
Previous experience or willingness to learn PeopleSoft
