Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work
Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems
Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including but not limited to drinking water & wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, food & beverage processing facilities, etc....Some applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2) •
Submits prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure
Follows safe work practices according to company policy
Executes administrative activities in support of service visits
Daily travel to customer sites. This role will be based in the Tucson, AZ, area and supports our customers throughout the territory. Expect up to 75% travel. Company-paid travel, accommodations, and meals are provided for overnight stays. You can expect to have 1 or 2 overnight stays per week
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma required
Basic mechanical aptitude is a must
A valid driver's license
A clean driving record
The ability to rent a car and/or hotel rooms under applicable state law
Preferred
Associates/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
2 or more years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred
Benefits
Training period: comprehensive 10-week training period - 8 weeks in the field working side by side with a dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroom-based training in Loveland, CO.
3 days off per week! After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand.
