Responsibilities
Partner with the President and executive team to shape and execute forward-looking operational strategies
Drive innovation by introducing AI, automation, and modern data infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, cloud-native tools)
Translate big-picture goals into high-performance operational systems and measurable KPIs
Reimagine existing models to future-proof the business and stay ahead of industry commoditization
Oversee and continuously improve core business functions including New Business Integration, Client Delivery, Compliance, IT/Data, and Service Optimization
Implement scalable, tech-enabled processes that increase productivity and reduce friction
Lead system upgrades and enterprise-level technology initiatives that support long-term growth
Mentor and develop cross-functional leaders with a strong focus on accountability, data-driven decision making, and innovation
Cultivate a results-first culture where systems, not individuals, carry operational load
Act as the connective tissue across departments—breaking silos and aligning operational execution with strategic intent
Lead initiatives related to system architecture, organizational design, or performance restructuring
Qualification
Required
5+ years of operational leadership experience; 5+ years in a senior/executive role within high-growth, tech-forward organizations
Deep understanding of system design, automation, AI integration, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Snowflake, Workday, Power BI, Tableau, AWS, GCP)
Background in fast-paced, decentralized environments—preferably with experience in logistics, security, or service delivery
Proven ability to scale operations through technology, process discipline, and performance metrics
Strong financial acumen; experience managing budgets and operational P&L
Bachelor's degree required; technical or business advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering/Data) strongly preferred
Must pass extensive pre-employment screening process
