Provide technical support for Windows-based software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone and email
Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with a small, agile team to deliver timely solutions
Help ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in software product support, technical support, or a related role
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems
Familiarity with Windows server environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing organization
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
