The role involves answering inquiries from potential clients, conducting intake interviews in both English and Spanish, and representing the firm with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Answer calls, walk-ins, and web inquiries from people who’ve often just been through a traumatic event. You’ll be the calming, helpful first voice they hear
Explain how our firm can help in a compassionate, clear, and empowering way
Conduct intake interviews in both English and Spanish, gathering sensitive details with care, accuracy, and empathy
Accurately enter client information into our case management system
Coordinate appointments and initial consultations with attorneys and case managers
Follow up with potential clients who are still deciding whether to move forward— you'll be their point of trust and reassurance
Represent Sears Injury Law with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Strong communicator who knows how to speak with empathy—not just sympathy
Emotionally intelligent and able to calm, guide, and support people under stress
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly
Preferred
Experience in legal intake, medical office, customer service, or call centers is helpful—but we'll train the right compassionate person
