Responsibilities
Communicate loan funding statuses to originators, sales, titles, and leadership
Manage relationships with originators
Maintain accurate records of all loan funding activities
Accountable for managing the Auto Loan origination process from application review through funding
Ensure adherence to internal policy and external regulations
Support respectful applicant and dealer experiences throughout the origination funding process
Identifies processes and control improvements; communicates findings to the respected manager
Assist with questions, calls, emails, and faxes, and serve as an overall go-to person for funding analysts
Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Auto Originations/Funding experience
Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed
