Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and VoIP infrastructure
Administer and support Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and related voice services
Configure and manage VoIP phones, call routing, and gateways
Monitor network and voice performance; identify and resolve issues proactively
Qualification
Required
Active Secret (or higher) clearance
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in related roles
Demonstrated experience with VoIP technologies, including Cisco CUCM (Call Manager), Call Gateways, VoIP phone configuration, deployment, and support
