Responsibilities
Work with company-provided live transfer leads and convert qualified prospects into closed loans
Manage client relationships throughout the loan process from application to closing
Generate and grow business opportunities through referrals and local relationships
Originate residential mortgage loans and maintain an active pipeline
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to borrowers
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company lending guidelines
Maintain accurate and complete loan files using the loan origination system
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS Loan Officer license required
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
Preferred
Working knowledge of Encompass is a plus
