Fiduciary Assistant
The New York State Unified Court System is recruiting for a Fiduciary Assistant position within the Analyst Series. The role involves managing fiduciary appointment applications and serving as the primary contact for appointees and court clerks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation.

Responsibilities
Processing fiduciary list removal requests
Reviewing submitted forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Uploading and maintaining documentation in the Fiduciary Case Management System (FCMS) and Fiduciary Online database
Performing data entry using FileMaker
Providing technical assistance to resolve Fiduciary Online database access issues
Updating and maintaining the FCMS user manual
Preparing documentation for bulk mailings
Coordinating with the Division of Technology to address technical issues
Qualification
Required
One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
One year in the Junior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or High School diploma or the equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
