Responsibilities

Audit and review legal fee and expense invoices
Ensure compliance with UTBMS codes and billing guidelines
Perform quality assurance and peer review of invoice adjustments
Document reasons for adjustments and corrections
Resolve law firm appeals and disputes in writing
Support process improvement and provide guidance to business partners

Qualification

Required

Law degree (JD, LLB, or paralegal certification)
Law firm or legal billing experience
Familiarity with legal billing guidelines and UTBMS codes

Proficiency with invoice review systems and Microsoft Office
