Responsibilities
Pull and clean data from Snowflake and Databricks with a focus on food and packaging manufacturing
Optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI, Palantir, and similar tools to provide strategic insights to partners
Lead A/B testing projects to evaluate and enhance the performance of reports and dashboards
Conduct training sessions, share insights, and promote best practices that strengthen data literacy across the organization
Automate processes that refine daily operations within Research and Development
Create applications and automated solutions that support improved performance across teams
Perform data cleaning, manipulation, and automation to deliver insights that support key projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
Three or more years of experience in data analysis or data engineering within consumer products or pharmaceutical industries
Experience in dashboard creation, data cleaning, manipulation, and automation focused on delivering insights to teams
Expertise with a programming language such as R, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation
Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, or Python Dash
Independent learner who can translate customer requirements into technical solutions
