Responsibilities
Drive improvement in the material management function and ensuring accurate levels of inventory efficiently by streamlining processes and performing data analysis in a matter that demonstrates, “Everything is Important”
Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and material control, to ensure that function needs are met and that processes are streamlined
Identify and create tools to use to aid data capture and reporting to improve the Material Operations outcomes
Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, such as missing or damaged products, and take appropriate action to address the issue
Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, improve inventory management practices, and optimize stock levels
Keep track of all products and materials in stock, including quantities, locations, and any movement in or out of inventory
Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and organized in a way that maximizes efficiency and accessibility
Regularly conduct physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent
Four (4) years relevant work experience
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft products such as Excel
Preferred
