Office Assistant
Winter Park Recruiting is a leading recruitment agency focused on connecting exceptional talent with companies that value growth and integrity. They are currently looking for an Office Assistant to manage various administrative tasks in the Greenville, SC area.
Responsibilities
Send and receive mail/packages
Distribute mail/packages
Scan and send documents
Create labels/nametags, light word processing/printing/binding
Front desk - Monitor door and office access for employees and guests
Greet clients
Resupply and stock kitchen items
Unbox and store supply items
Order supplies
Wipe down kitchen areas
Unload dishwasher as necessary
Coordinate with vendors for office repairs or building maintenance
Complete daily office walkthrough for issues, neatness, and organization
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
One (1) year of experience in office services / facilitates or similar position, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
The work associated with this position must be performed on-site at one or more offices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exhibits poised and polished appearance demonstrating professionalism with client interactions
Ability to adapt communication style to successfully convey messages and objectives to diverse audiences
Capacity to successfully multitask while working independently or within a group environment
Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
