Express Employment Professionals is an importer and reseller of machine tool accessories seeking a motivated Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate. The role involves customer interaction, inside sales, order processing, relationship management, and support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact by answering calls and emails, providing product and technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring customers feel supported and informed
Prospect for new customers, generate and qualify leads, support outside sales by scheduling meetings, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
Enter and manage orders within the ERP system, process payments and returns, track shipments, and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by delivering consistent, reliable service and supporting repeat business
Handle general office and clerical tasks such as data entry and filing while pitching in where needed in a collaborative, small-team environment
Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and other warehouse tasks; forklift experience is a plus, but training is provided

Required

Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and be part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Experience in customer service or sales preferred
Familiarity with the machine tool or industrial industry is a plus
Forklift experience is a plus, but training is provided
