Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end strategic project management for identity security initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Lead deployments and enhancements of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platforms
Drive “metrics-that-matter” across identity programs to demonstrate business and security impact
Develop and maintain:
Project management plans
Work breakdown structures
Integrated master schedules
Financial and risk management documentation
Partner closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional groups
Deliver executive-level briefings and tell clear, compelling stories with data
Support identity initiatives leveraging AI/ML for fraud detection, authentication, and data quality improvement
Ensure identity solutions scale effectively within large enterprise environments

Required

3+ years as an Identity Security Project Lead / Enablement Manager
3+ years managing technical implementations for identity platforms such as: Ping, Okta, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, BeyondTrust
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in identity security contexts (fraud detection, authentication, data quality)
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional and technical teams
8–12 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field (If the degree is not directly related, 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute)
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal oversight
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years
Cannot have more than 6 months of travel outside the U.S. in the last 5 years (Military service excluded)
Must pass a client-mandated clearance process, including: Drug screening, Criminal history check, Credit check
No visa sponsorship now or in the future (H-1B, OPT, EAD, etc.)
No Corp-to-Corp or subcontract candidates

Preferred

Preference for candidates residing in: FL, GA, MN, MI, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, or VA
