Responsibilities

Maintains patch compliance across all systems

Oversees and trains the Service Desk team on hardware configuration standards, procedures, and best practices

Provides daily systems support by researching and evaluating security, application, and firmware updates, including associated vulnerabilities

Researches, updates, and implements changes to imaging processes to support new hardware, software, updates, and upgrades

Maintains accurate and current system documentation, diagrams, and configuration records

Monitors and manages hardware and software versioning to ensure consistency and compliance across the enterprise

Ensures strict adherence to PCI compliance requirements in all supported systems and processes

Identifies opportunities to streamline, simplify, or automate existing workflows and implements approved improvements

Adheres to all Crew policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

Collaborates with end users and internal teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues

Researches and resolves patching and device‑management challenges; escalates issues to leadership when they exceed current knowledge or require additional resources

Escalates potential security incidents and provides relevant information to appropriate stakeholders for further action

Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives
