Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in structuring C&I and CRE transactions
Perform initial financial analysis and assist with deal screening prior to underwriting
Review borrower financial statements and assess overall credit considerations
Prepare deal summaries and assist with screening presentations
Support annual review first looks and ongoing financial reviews for C&I and CRE relationships
Assist with portfolio monitoring, including credit quality and risk identification
Ensure opportunities align with internal PM guidelines before advancing in the credit process
Maintain organized, accurate, and consistent work product aligned with PM standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial banking, portfolio management, or credit
Working knowledge of C&I and CRE credit analysis and deal structuring
Prior experience as a Portfolio Manager, Credit Analyst, or similar role
Ability to work closely with Relationship Managers in a collaborative, business-facing role
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Professional demeanor with clear communication and sound judgment
