Responsibilities
Own the full repair lifecycle for complex, high-priority, or high-value repair programs
Perform advanced inspection coordination and produce detailed, technically accurate quotations
Review technician findings and translate complex repair scope into customer-facing estimates
Serve as the escalation point for scheduling conflicts, parts delays, or customer issues
Develop and optimize repair schedules to improve throughput and reduce cycle times
Monitor job financials, analyze cost variances, and ensure accurate margin performance
Mentor and support Repair Coordinator I and II team members
Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, quality, and management to resolve issues
Manage communication for key customers, providing detailed progress reports and technical updates
Oversee job documentation quality and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
Validate final work order accuracy and approve invoices for release
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on workflow, repair accuracy, and customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
5–7+ years in service coordination, repair operations, or industrial equipment service with demonstrated progression
Advanced understanding of industrial equipment, rotating machinery, or pump repair
Strong ability to interpret drawings, inspection reports, materials, processes, and technical data
Demonstrated skill in quoting, cost analysis, scheduling optimization, and customer management
Proficiency in ERP systems, workflow management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Formal technical training, mechanical background, or experience leading repair workflows
Experience working with engineered products or complex mechanical assemblies
