This high-impact leadership role focuses on driving profitable growth and managing relationships with major distributors.

Responsibilities
Own and expand national account relationships with major industrial and safety distributors and buying groups (e.g., Fastenal, Grainger, MSC, HD Supply, White Cap, Meyer)
Lead line reviews, joint business planning, assortment strategy, pricing, and promotional execution
Drive new distribution opportunities, category expansion initiatives, and long-term revenue growth across ACG’s portfolio of brands
Recruit, mentor, and manage a nationwide network of independent manufacturer representative agencies
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer solutions
Represent ACG at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and rep trainings
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of national account or national sales leadership within the industrial, MRO, or safety distribution sectors
Proven experience working with major national distributors and buying groups
Strong background overseeing or partnering with manufacturer rep agencies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to travel 30-40%
