Support early career initiatives as needed
Collaborate with employee relations and early career teams
Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint heavily
Partner with various departments for recruitment needs
Ensure a seamless recruiting process from start to finish
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of recruiting experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with SuccessFactors ATS
Early Careers Recruiting experience
