Responsibilities
Executes documented processes to achieve defined objectives and outcomes of the ITSM Practices
Records, tracks, and reviews KPI’s and metrics related to the performance of the practice and provides feedback, insight, and solutions into the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, teams, tools, and partners
Creates, reviews, and updates practice documentation as authorized
Utilizes ITSM tools and technologies as appropriate for the practice being managed
Engages and advises Service Owners, Product Teams, and Business Leaders to achieve the goals defined for the practices
Organizes and facilitates meetings with stakeholders to collaborate and align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the Company
May participate in on-call rotations as appropriate for the practice being managed
Assists in training less experienced peers
May act as a team lead
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of IT asset management experience
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with license management in IT
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Certification in IT asset management (e.g. IAM, IATAM)
