Responsibilities
Lead FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and financial modeling
Manage and develop a team of 7 U.S. analysts plus a Global Lead Analyst in the Philippines
Partner with senior leadership to provide insights, identify risks/opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting structure, and cross-functional collaboration
Build and refine financial models in Google Sheets and Excel; ensure accuracy and transparency
Work within and help optimize the Sage Intacct ERP environment
Support organizational initiatives including the implementation of Figma for workflow or planning-related use cases
Maintain strong internal controls and support GAAP-compliant processes
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience, including Director-level or above in a global public company
Strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities
Solid knowledge of GAAP and corporate reporting standards
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proven leadership experience managing multi-region or global teams
Preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP is a plus
