They are seeking a Contract Recruiter with strong in-house recruiting experience to manage high-volume hiring and partner closely with hiring managers during an exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles across the business
Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a thoughtful, human candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate quickly, and execute efficiently
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and creative sourcing strategies
Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
Maintain accurate, clean ATS data and recruiting documentation
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and processes as we scale
Act as a brand ambassador for Tradeify in every candidate interaction

Required

In-house recruiting experience required (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused

Preferred

Familiarity with crypto, trading, fintech, or the proprietary trading world
Experience recruiting for technical, trading, operations, or growth-focused roles
Comfort working with remote, global talent pools
People Ops or HR experience, particularly with onboarding
