Sales Director
PreSales Collective is a Series C Power House Cyber Vendor in the MSP Space. They are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers within the cybersecurity space, focusing on driving revenue growth and managing a team across U.S. territories.

Responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets across assigned territories through a mix of direct and partner-driven sales
Lead full-cycle sales execution, from pipeline generation to deal close, across SMB end users and MSP accounts
Drive customer retention and expansion by reinforcing value, strengthening relationships, and proactively mitigating risk
Lead, manage, and scale a top-performing inside sales team across U.S. regions
Hire, onboard, coach, and develop sales leaders and reps to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide clear, actionable feedback
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Define, measure, and optimize KPIs across the sales funnel to drive predictable results
Leverage CRM and BI tools to improve forecasting accuracy and inform strategic decisions
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Operations to increase deal velocity and streamline workflows
Coach teams on pipeline management, deal strategy, and value-based selling
Recruit, onboard, enable, and activate new channel partners
Strengthen engagement with existing MSP and VAR partners through training, certifications, co-selling, and joint business planning
Ensure partner performance meets program standards and revenue expectations
Act as a trusted advisor to key partners to drive long-term alignment and success
Assess customer needs and position cybersecurity solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes
Present compelling technical and financial proposals to prospective and existing customers
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-focused environments
Strong background in MSP, MSSP, VAR, or security-focused organizations
Proven success owning and exceeding revenue targets across direct and indirect sales models
Experience leading and scaling inside sales or channel teams in high-growth environments
Deep understanding of the MSP and VAR ecosystem
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven performance analysis
A people-first leader who is passionate about developing talent, optimizing processes, and driving customer value
Cybersecurity or MSP background (required)
Sales leadership experience managing teams responsible for new business, upsell, and renewals
Based in or able to work hybrid/remote from the Tampa, FL
