Responsibilities
Organize and manage student sign-up and lesson scheduling
Teach one-on-one and group Japanese language lessons
Provide structured feedback to students after each lesson
Assess and track student progress over time
Support additional tasks as assigned by the Dojo Language Program team
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years prior experience as Japanese Language Instructor
Experience teaching Japanese Language lessons to adults, in both Business and Casual contexts
Japanese Language teaching certificate or equivalent experience
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
Native Japanese speaker
Ability to work well on a team, provide opinions, and respect the opinions of others
Conversational English ability
