This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and financial accountability across more than 40 Customer Service Centers, while championing modernization and a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping enterprise-level strategy and defining the future operational footprint
Champion people initiatives designed to enhance employee experience for a diverse union and non-union workforce. Focus on leadership succession, talent retention, and building a high-performance culture rooted in safety and accountability
Direct the financial performance of CSCs to ensure they consistently meet or exceed budgetary targets while maintaining rigorous operational quality and regulatory compliance
Partner with operations excellence leaders to drive systemic change management and value creation initiatives. Drive standardization across all sites through Operational Excellence programs to enhance scalability, efficiency, and long-term growth
Provide critical operational oversight for major customer tenders. Partner with commercial teams to deliver cost-effective, competitive solutions for multi-million dollar contract renewals and new business acquisitions
Oversee the execution of corporate sustainability goals and partner with Operations Excellence to accelerate the deployment of automation and digital tools to improve real-time data visibility and unit performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience within a large, matrixed organization, specifically overseeing multi-site production, manufacturing, or complex logistics environments
A proven track record of managing a network of 30+ sites, leading large-scale organizational restructuring, and sustaining enterprise-wide operational standards
Advanced business intelligence with the ability to influence decision-making and navigate the complexities of a global aviation service provider
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of intercultural competency essential for operating in an international, diverse business environment
Expert-level problem-solving skills with the capacity to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic operational roadmaps
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%+) to CSC locations across the Americas region

Preferred

An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
