Responsibilities

Developing subcontractor interest in bidding projects
Assisting in the preparation of all documentation packages for competitive bidding of project work
Assisting in the preparation of contract awards, subcontracts, purchase and change orders
Assisting in the preparation and updating of project costs and schedules
Assisting in the review, processing and tracking of vendor submittals. Expediting delivery of materials and equipment
Assisting in preparation of internal and external project status updates including schedules and cost reports

Qualification

Construction knowledgeMicrosoft Office proficiencyProcore knowledgePrior internship experienceCommunication skillsWork under pressure

Required

All candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in construction, engineering or related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required
Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

Preferred

Procore knowledge is preferred
Prior work and/or professional internship experience are strongly preferred
