Director of Marketing Operations
Trulieve is seeking a Director/Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, who will drive operational excellence across the marketing function while managing pricing strategy and governance. Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end marketing operations function, including technology, data, analytics, process optimization, and campaign performance measurement
Build standardized workflows, governance models, and operational frameworks to improve marketing efficiency and predictability
Lead planning and forecasting processes across the marketing organization—budgeting, headcount planning, KPI development, and quarterly business reviews
Manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools), ensuring proper integration, data quality, and user adoption
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to maintain alignment across lead flow, funnel definitions, attribution models, and pipeline measurement
Lead the development of pricing strategy across all products/services—pricing models, rate cards, discounting frameworks, and packaging
Conduct ongoing pricing analyses, including competitive benchmarking, cost modeling, elasticity studies, and customer value segmentation
Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure pricing supports positioning, product-market fit, and GTM strategy
Establish a cross-functional pricing review committee and create governance for approvals, exceptions, and discount policy oversight
Build dashboards and reporting to monitor price performance, margin impact, win/loss trends, and commercial outcomes
Lead testing programs for pricing experiments, monetization pilots, and pricing innovation initiatives
Work closely with Finance to ensure pricing decisions align with financial goals, margin requirements, and long-term company strategy
Partner with Sales to support deal strategy, competitive positioning, and custom pricing scenarios
Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on value-based pricing approaches for new product launches
Serve as a key strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing insights on revenue performance, pricing impacts, and market dynamics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Pricing Strategy; prior leadership experience required
Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market motions, funnel analytics, and performance measurement
Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, monetization frameworks, and data-driven decision-making
Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Tableau/Power BI)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex, matrixed organizations
