Program Manager II, Network Planning and Infrastructure, Cloud Supply Chain

As a Program Manager, you will lead complex projects within the Cloud Supply Chain's Network Planning team, focusing on demand and supply planning for data center networking infrastructure products.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine demand forecasts for NPI programs from pre-GA ramp through to the sustaining phase
Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models, processes and software tools) in creating supply forecasts and respective inventory targets
Present supply and demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain
Coordinate with senior level and Non Rack NPI part planners to conduct thorough feasibility analysis of demand ramps against supply chain capabilities, highlighting risks and constraints early
Drive necessary mitigation actions (including escalations) and prioritization, allocation decisions with procurement, and other teams to minimize impact to Google's capacity delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with supply or demand planning (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, etc.)
Experience with network infrastructure or data centers
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in managing technical programs with hardware teams
Experience with supply/demand planning, material planning, data center infrastructure, or capital investment decision making
Excellent analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Firm sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle
