Responsibilities

Manage a group of resources focused on the design, delivery, support and optimization of their IT infrastructure, including network, computing, storage, telecommunication, and mobile devices
Collaborate with business and IT partners to plan and deliver strategic projects, enhancement work and baseline requests according to established service levels, budgets, and compliance standards

Required

7-10+ years of IT expertise with 5+ of team leadership
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure components, as well as understanding of virtualization, Database Management, and operating systems
Strong knowledge of network and server systems design, system architecture and ability to perform software and hardware evaluation and selection
Strong project management, organizational and business writing skills
Strong leadership, people-management, and culture-enablement capabilities that ultimately strengthens the organization
Strong knowledge & experience in IT process (e.g. operating model, governance, IT delivery lifecycle)
Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills
Strong knowledge & experience in business sites and processes
Strong knowledge & experience in relevant technologies and concepts
Strong relationship management, negotiations, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work onsite 5 days in Richardson, TX

Preferred

Knowledge of programming languages (C++, Java, etc.)
Manufacturing background
SAP or other ERP expertise
MES experience
