Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls and emails
Assist customers with quotes, purchase orders, and order adjustments
Keep record of customer notes in our customer management system
Trouble shoot customer’s concerns and issues as they arise
Make outbound phone calls as necessary to update customers on order status
Work collaboratively with teammates, leadership, and other teams to ensure customer’s problem is resolved

Required

Dedication to customer satisfaction
Great communication skills: verbal and written including punctuation and grammar
Typing speed of 45 wpm or higher

Excellent listening skills and an empathetic manner while solving customer problems

Call Center experience, preferred but not required
