Responsibilities

The Staffing and Bed Placement Coordinator is responsible for managing Roxborough Memorial Hospital clinical and administrative staffing and appropriate bed placement for admissions to the hospital

Assumes coordination of projects for the CNO as delegated and appropriate

Performs minor secretarial and clerical duties with self-initiative

Required

High school diploma or equivalent education required

BLS upon hire and maintain current

Knowledge of medical terminology, typing skills, calculator and/or ten-key adding machine

Word processing, spreadsheet experience required

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Preferred

Previous hospital experience

Experience in healthcare, preferably in an acute care setting
