Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals
Maintain and improve quality processes, procedures, and standards
Champion initiatives that support operational excellence
Oversee product release decisions
Manage the review and disposition of non‑conforming materials
Drive continuous improvement across the ISO‑based Quality Management System
Support supplier qualification activities
Lead investigations into customer quality concerns
Manage all documentation requirements for PPAP and SPAP submissions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
5+ years in a leadership or management role
Proven history of leading change and improving quality performance
Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience developing structured quality programs
Familiarity with fixturing, CMM equipment, and functional measurement methods

Preferred

Background in metal manufacturing is a strong plus
