Responsibilities

Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational needs and deliver effective HR strategies
Provide administrative and strategic support across all HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, retention, and employer brand management
Equip leaders with tools and resources that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
Identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions to enhance company culture and employee engagement
Anticipate and assess HR-related needs, communicating them effectively to HR leadership and relevant business partners
Analyze HR metrics and trends in collaboration with the broader HR team to inform policy development and continuous improvement
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting fair and objective investigations into concerns or grievances
Support performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective action guidance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years HR experience required, experience in a retail or multi-unit environment is preferred
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and business practices
Prior experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG) and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels
Creative, adaptable, and collaborative team player

Preferred

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required
